This Privacy Policy explains how KodesHari ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application Fennec: Learn Arabic (the "Application" or "App").

Fennec: Learn Arabic is designed to run locally and offline. We do not require you to register an account or provide personal details such as your name, phone number, or address to use the core features of the Application.

However, the App integrated third-party SDKs that may collect certain identifiers for analytics, advertising, and subscription validation as detailed below:

Device Information: Information about your device type, operating system version, brand, and unique device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID).
Purchase and Billing Info: Transaction events and receipt details processed through Google Play. We do not store or collect credit card information.
Learning Progress: XP points, quiz scores, and settings are stored locally on your device's internal memory via SharedPreferences.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To support app distribution, monetization, and subscription services, we use services provided by third parties. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the storage and usage of data:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

We use AdMob to deliver banner and rewarded video advertisements in the free tier of the App. AdMob may collect and process unique identifiers (such as Android ID, GAID) to personalize ads and analyze performance.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions for the premium version. RevenueCat processes transaction details, purchase dates, and receipt data to grant premium status to your device.

3. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers (if applicable). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
